The Manhood Tree curriculum is a ten-week, facilitator-led curriculum that guides men from their roots to the importance of men’s health moving beyond small talk to honest reflection, accountability, and action. Built around the six “hoods” (Neighborhood, Boyhood, Young Adulthood, Brotherhood, Fatherhood, and Manhood), The Manhood Tree curriculum provides a safe, structured space for men to speak openly, address past wounds, and define the man, father, and brother they intend to become. Each session follows a consistent arc: Group Agreements, an opening quote with clear objectives, guided activities, discussion, and a closing meditation. Between sessions, participants journal to deepen insights, and facilitators provide weekly one-on-one check-ins to sustain momentum. Bring The Manhood Tree to your organization to elevate your men’s groups with a tested framework and practical tools that drive real growth.
