Our Story
A Vision Planted to Change Lives
The Manhood Tree was founded by Abdul-Rahmaan I. Muhammad, LMSW, who recognized that too many men were carrying life's challenges in silence. While there are countless spaces focused on solving problems, few create opportunities for men to slow down, reflect on their journey, and grow alongside other men.
What began as a vision has grown into a movement that equips men with the tools, conversations, and community they need to become stronger fathers, mentors, leaders, and role models.
Today, The Manhood Tree reaches individuals, families, schools, organizations, and communities through transformational programs, workshops, storytelling experiences, and men's health initiatives.
