"Our goal is to get a Fatherhood Pole in every
state in the United States..."

The initial plan for the Fatherhood in Place initiative was to  create 5 fatherhood based sculptures that will be placed in locations all over the City of Hartford.  After taking a few classes and brainstorming, we came up with The Fatherhood Pole.  The Fatherhood Pole is a collection of positive words and phrases on signs and then placed on a pole.  Each pole will be created from scratch at MakerspaceCT.  Our goal is to get a Fatherhood Pole in every state in the United States; however, we will start with getting Fatherhood Poles all over Greater Hartford.  If you are interested in having a Fatherhood Pole at your location, contact us.  Also, if you would like to take a picture with the Fatherhood Pole, visit us at 111 Gillett Street, Hartford, CT and send us the picture to add to our slideshow.
